Welcome to my house (it’s Ken here!). My wife and I renovated it in 2015 with the help of some trusted contrators and Demetri acting as a construction consultant. We took a 1948 bungalow down to the studs. Together with Victoria McKenney from Enviable Designs we came up with our own unique approach to re-imagining what a bungalow could look like. Engineering drawings were provided by Scott Posno Design.
